NEXT GREEN POLEBOX
Next Green Polebox is a pole or tube mount designed for EV charging boxes, intended for installation on a Ø 60 mm steel tube or pole. The enclosure is designed to allow electrical cables to be routed inside of the pole or tube.
The Polebox is equipped with a built-in terminal block, supporting up to 2 x 5G25 mm² power cables for daisy-chaining to additional charging stations. Each EV charger is connected from the terminal using 5G2.5 mm² rubber-insulated cable, routed through RCCB or RCBO for protection.
A DIN rail is included for mounting RCCB/RCBO devices, and the unit can be fitted with an additional module DIN rail for other components such as, Surge Protection Devices (SPD), Wi-Fi router, 4G/5G modems and power supplies.
All components are neatly accommodated within the enclosure. The Polebox is made of high-quality Swedish steel and finished with a powder coating, ensuring durability and resistance to the elements.
The Polebox is designed to fit a variety of EV charger models. Mounting holes are drilled during installation to match the specific charger dimensions.
Installation is quick and easy. The unit can be pre-assembled indoors by mounting the EV chargers and installing the wiring from the terminal block. During the final installation, the Polebox is mounted on the existing steel tube, and the hood with the charger is lifted and hooked up. This design provides easy access to connect the incoming supply cables to the terminal block.
The Polebox is compatible with EV charging boxes.
Meets the applicable parts of the regulations/standards IEC 61439-7, IP44, IK10.
The Next Green Polebox series is prepared with DIN-rail for RCBO/RCCB/MCB inside the cabinet.
